About EnlightenED Partnership

Our Story

As founders, we share a common bond: each of us is a language learner, English or Spanish as a second language. These experiences shaped not only our identities, but also our passion for education. Together, we have dedicated our careers to Title I schools, working to build strong language and literacy outcomes for students who often face the steepest barriers.

We each bring unique strengths – spanning leadership, Multi-Tiered Support Systems (MTSS), dual language, and ESL instruction, but what unites is our shared commitment to equity. In our work, we have navigated the challenges of ensuring students receive high-quality instruction and equitable services, even when internal systems or external barriers made progress difficult.

Through those experiences, we recognize a common gap: there is no shortage of theory, yet practical implementation is often where schools and leaders struggle. That’s why we decided to join forces. Our mission is to provide the guidance, tools, and partnership that education leaders need to move beyond theory and into action – creating systems where multilingual learners thrive.
